The IKU World Championship 2026 will take place in Slovenia from Thursday 22 to Sunday 25 October 2026 at the Bonifika Arena in Koper.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: It’s a pleasure to inform you that is allowed the access as COACH only for the competition IKU World Games 2026 (scheduled for Sunday October 25th). The “Coach (only for GAMES)” have to be registered in IKU Competitions Management System (https://my.internationalkarateunion.info/). For this access the Coach Seminar (scheduled for Thursday October 22nd) is NOT mandatory.
ACCOMMODATION NOTICE: For hotels and accommodation you should contact Kompas at meet@kompas.si or info@iku-slovenia-2026.si as soon as possible, and no later than the end of April 2026. Please you should not use other booking options, if you want to facilitate/help the organization of the championship. After this deadline, accommodation availability will be limited and prices will be higher, as other events will be taking place in Koper at the same time.
VISA NOTICE: The Organizing Committee will assist in arranging visas for all participants of the IKU World Championship Slovenia 2026. If you need a special invitation to obtain a visa, please contact Karolina Horn via email: info@iku-slovenia.si , at least 40 days before the start of the competition, no later than September 14, 2026.
